Charles J. (Chuck) Mehlbrech

Chuck graduated from Salem High School in 1976 and graduated from Nothern State University in Aberdeen, SD with a BS degree in Education. He taught high school and coached for four years before getting into the insurance business in 1984 with Farmers Union Insurance Company.

Chuck became an independent insurance agent in 1988 and moved back to Salem that same year. The McCook Insurance Agency has been located at 140 W. Vermont in Salem, SD since 1990. Chuck has been the sole owner of the insurance agency since 1995.

Chuck's family consists of his wife, Linda, an educator at St. Mary's School in Salem. Steve and Abby are students at McCook Central High School while Greg is a fourth grader at St. Mary's School.

Chuck is a 15-year member of the Salem Fire Dept; a member of the Progressive Salem Association; McCook Central Athletic and music booster clubs. He is also a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of America and the National Federation of Independent Business. Chuck was a former official for basketball and is currently a volunteer grade school basketball coach. Chuck and Linda are memebers of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Salem, SD.

Rhonda K. Koch

Rhonda graduated from Salem High School in 1979 and from Mitchell Vocational Technical Institute in 1980 from the secretarial/stenographer program. Rhonda began her employment at the McCook Insurance Agency in 1991 and became licensed in crop insurance in 1996. In 2000 Rhonda became licensed in property and casualty.

Rhonda is married to Ken Koch and they have two sons. Justin is in his third year at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD and is working towards his degree in the computer science program. Kyle is a junior at McCook Central High School in Salem, SD.

They are members of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Salem and Rhonda is a member of the altar society and the National Catholic Society of Foresters. She is also a Eucharistic minister. Rhonda belongs to the McCook Central Music and Athletic Booster Clubs and takes an active roll in helping these organizations. Rhonda has served on numerous committees, boards and has chaired special events within the church and community. Rhonda enjoys reading, bike riding and scrap booking those special memories.

Jolene Eichacker

Jolene graduated from Salem High School in 1978 and from Mitchell Vo-Tech in 1979 in the secretarial program. She worked at LeMars/Prairie States Insurance Company in Sioux Falls from 1979 to 1988. From 1988 to 1990 she worked for Capital Insurance in Salem. She started with the McCook Insurance Agency in 1990 and received her agents license for P&C in 1996.

Jolene's family consists of her husband David, a dairy farmer near Salem and their two children Lauren & Matthew. Both are students at St. Mary's School in Salem. They are members of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Salem, as well as the McCook Central Athletic & Music Booster Club.
